Great product, Delivery company (DHL) are morons. I am happy to finally have it in my hands.

I got this staff for my daughter’s seventh birthday. I love that they did a custom size for her smaller body. It is incredibly well made and balanced. Customer service was a little hard to communicate with, I understand it is a small business but it took multiple contacts after my purchase to get a reply. Eventually we got it worked out and I was able to get my staff early. I would order from this company again.

Feels great in my hands and has wonderful balance. The team is responsive and nice, it did take awhile for me to get it but I'm pretty sure it was just the postal service being sucky. Would recommend

I could not be happier with this purchase! This is my first contact staff, and from the wicks, to the shaft, to the tape, I have nothing to nitpick. Go in knowing that this is a small mom/pop shop and that with these being handmade, and currently materials being scarce, it may take a while to have your order fulfilled. But, I am so glad I went with Wizard of Flow!
