Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, email us at info@wizardofflow.com before sending any item back.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not custom-made.

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Sale items (including discount code purchases) are non-refundable.

  • Returns postmarked more than 7 days after delivery may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace non-custom items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
