This is a practice contact staff, great for training, exploration, and day-time spinning.

Built on an unbendable carbon fiber core with shock-absorbing balls for end-weight and rotation.

Available in multiple diameters (pole thickness).

Add flowers to your staff for slower rolls and extra end weight.

Gripped with your choice of Wizard Grip or Goat Grip.

Grip

We offer 2 types of grips for your staff:

Wizard Grip:
The ultimate contact staff grip made from sustainable natural rubber.  It is light-weight, extremely grippy, and comfortable on the skin.  Absorbs sweat while maintaining very good traction.  Available in multiple colors, and as thin or double-thickness.  Requires replacing after about 1 season of use.  Prolonged UV-light exposure can degrade the natural rubber grip material.

Goat Grip:
A dense and durable rubber with a gripping texture.  The benefit of this grip is extreme durability.  Never worry about needing to replace your staff's grip.  Available only in black.

Diameters

Several options for staff diameter (thickness).
This is the diameter of the carbon fiber core, before grip material is applied.

If you're unsure of which diameter to choose, we recommend 18mm.

Skinnier diameters roll more slowly, and thicker diameters roll more quickly.

The 16mm diameter size is currently a very popular diameter.  We recommend 16mm staves not be longer than 58 inches.  The skinnier carbon fiber poles will flex more easily, which can cause staves to feel bouncy and less rigid.

Well made

The weight feels nice with the balls. Got it for my partner and he doesn't flow too much more. I guess it's mine now and I can learn a new prop lol

Love my new staff! I ordered a custom size and it is beautiful. Perfectly wrapped with the lavender color I picked for the grip tape. The white balls are a huge upgrade in my opinion, they look good with the purple instead of a yellow. Customer service was polite and answered all my questions while I waited for my order. 10/10, 100% recommend, and I will buy again from Wizards of Flow!

It really is great for practice for the real thing, and was also surprisingly a good workout too

Expected a bit more precision and quality finish for what I paid. The additional price for grip upgrade did not equate to the quality expected when it arrived. The box look like it had been through every possible angle of being smooshed no protection unit was fully assembled and could’ve been preserved better not put together in a 6 foot box The grip on both ends wasn’t holding with whatever adhesive was used had to tape it down just to hold it in place permanent marker marks on the carbon fiber.
Holes don’t lineup where the push release connects so it’s a little bit loose.
Has good weight, grip is little rough if you have sensitive skin
